Larger vehicles cannot park here. The property is equipped with a centralized building-wide climate control system. By law and according to building regulations, the transition between heating and cooling modes and the seasonal activation dates are not controlled by us hosts, but are managed centrally by the building administrator. Typically, the system is set to cooling mode in May and to heating mode in October or November. During transitional periods (spring and autumn), the availability of air conditioning or heating is therefore subject to the building's schedule and local regulations. Regarding the summer cooling, please note that the apartment utilizes an advanced radiant floor cooling system paired with air dehumidifiers and a mechanical ventilation system. Unlike traditional air conditioning systems, this technology cools the environment gently, silently, and evenly through the floor itself, rather than by blowing a strong, direct draft of cold air. The integrated air vents are designed solely to remove moisture and ensure continuous fresh air exchange (mechanical ventilation), not to create a heavy airflow. This ensures a fresh and healthy climate without any unpleasant, direct cold drafts.
